§ 1 Validity

Our terms and conditions apply to the ordering of services from Drone Class on www.dronelicense.eu, hereinafter referred to as the "webshop".

§ 2 Merchant

§ 3 Sales agreement

As a customer you conclude a sales agreement with Drone Class, a company based in the Netherlands.

1) Delivery area

The delivery area of the webshop for online courses, online exams and written exams are countries in the European Union, in the European Economic Area (EEA) and rest of the world.

2) Agreement

By clicking on the button "Buy it now" or the button "Buy", the customer makes a binding contract to purchase the goods in the shopping cart and agrees to the validity of these general terms and conditions. A contract is only established by the order confirmation from Drone Class, which is sent in a separate e-mail. By ordering you agree to the terms and conditions.

3) Minors

The minimum age to be allowed to apply for the European drone license is 16 years in the Netherlands. However, there is no minimum age for following the training or taking the exam. When purchasing by a minor, permission from the parents / guardians is required for the purchase.

§ 4 Prices and payments

All prices on this webshop are in euros.

1) VAT and payment for consumers (B2C)

Choose the EU-Consumer variant of our product. Correct VAT rate will be applied by our webshop. Payment methods shown at the end of the ordering process are available to the customer. If a direct debit from the customer's account fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer will have to reimburse Drone Class for the bank's processing fees due to the chargeback.

2) VAT and payment for business (B2B)

Choose the EU-Business variant of our product. Please provide your VAT number. We can disable access to our online services until this number is provided.

3) VAT and payment for customers outside the EU/EEA

There is no tax rate available by default. If you run a business and therefore need an invoice, you can contact our customer service.

§ 5 Right of withdrawal

Customers have the statutory right of withdrawal, as described in the right of withdrawal policy. This right expires immediately, if the customer has used all services (§ 7 Delivery, subparagraph 7) within the fourteen days withdrawal period. Right of withdrawal is only for B2C, not for B2B.

§ 6 Valid reviews

Reviews on this webshop are from our customers, who we asked to write a review. Before a review is posted, we manually check whether the customer has actually ordered.

§ 7 Delivery

On this webshop we offer online courses with exams.

1) Online courses

You buy a temporary membership for our digital learning environment. The first membership lasts 30 days. During this time you have access to the modules of the digital learning environment. The modules are available in English. Membership starts immediately upon receipt of payment. Membership can only be extended after consultation with Drone Class.

2) Content of the online courses

Our online courses only prepare you for the exams described below and are expressly not intended for use in conjunction with exams from other flight schools or educators.

3) Online exams

Online examinations are offered by Drone Class in English. Drone Class is responsible for the content of the exam and the determination of the exam result.

4) Examination regulations in English

Drone Class uses syllabi for the open category courses and the specific category course. We also have examination regulations for the open category courses and the specific category course.

5) Examination regulations in other languages

By accepting our general terms and conditions, you also agree to the relevant exam regulations.

6) Applying for a certificate

Each certificate is issued digitally as a pdf document only. An additional fee is charged for the application of a certificate. The reason for this is that the application in the Netherlands by the Dutch authority is not free of charge. After passing the exam, you pay 20 euros per certificate.

7) Services

Access to the online course, taking the online exam and applying for a certificate.

8) Complaints procedure

If our services are not entirely satisfactory, you can submit a complaint to Drone Class by e-mail. Drone Class strives to contact you within one working day. We use an internal complaints procedure.

§ 8 Privacy statement

Drone Class uses a privacy statement that you accept by agreeing to the terms and conditions.

§ 9 Copyright

Delivered courses and exams remain the property of Drone Class. The copyright on texts, products and the exam produced by Drone Class rests with Drone Class, unless this copyright has been transferred by means of a license. Without the express permission of Drone Class, the customer may not disclose or reproduce the data or extracts thereof in whole or in part.

§ 10 Links on our website

We may place hyperlinks to other websites on our website. We are not responsible for the content of linked websites and have no influence on them. An extensive check of the linked websites is not possible for us, especially since changes to the content are always to be expected. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable for any direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. If you discover legal violations on a linked website, please send us a short message so we can check if the link has been removed.

§ 11 Final provisions

Finally, we would like to point out the following.

1) Choice of law

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.

2) Language

The English language is available for the conclusion of the contract.

3) Exclusion of liability

Our information has been compiled with the greatest possible care. Drone Class does not accept any liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. The user is expressly advised that he/she accesses the available content, including content or technical errors, at his/her own risk. Drone Class expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently without prior notice. If we offer you information (by blog, newsletter, e-mail, telephone contact or in any other way), this information is expressly not intended as legal advice. You cannot derive any rights from this.
