Frequently asked questions

  • Is there a jury?

Yes. After submission, each photo is first manually reviewed by Drone Class and only posted after approval. After that, the photo can be voted on publicly. We use an app, which facilitates this.

  • Which kind of photos are allowed?

Only photos taken with an aerial drone are allowed to be submitted. Each photo must have been taken during a legal flight. The drone pilot is therefore responsible for the submission. Drone Class may reject and delete submissions without giving reasons. All submissions on this page can be viewed by anyone.

  • Can I submit multiple photos?

You can submit one photo from your account in this competition. Think carefully which photo you submit!

  • About the voting process

Drone Class monitors the voting process. If we notice suspicious activity (such as frequently voting for yourself or other matters that may indicate fraud), the entry will be removed without warning.

  • How will the winner be announced?

The contest ends on 30 September 2023. The photo with the most votes will be the winner of this contest. If there is a tie (i.e. there are several entries with the highest number of votes), Drone Class will choose one winner from these photos. The results will be announced via our blog in October. We will contact the winner/winner after that.
