Are drones allowed in Spain?
Yes — Spain follows the EU drone regulation (2019/947). To fly legally you need the EU Drone License (from 250 g), an operator registration in your EASA country of residence, and liability insurance, which is mandatory in Spain for every drone flight. Fly max 120 m high, keep the drone in sight and check the official ENAIRE Drones map for geo-zones.
