My certificate has already expired — can I still renew?
Yes, you can still renew with an expired certificate through our refresher course and exam. It doesn't matter how long ago your certificate expired. After passing, you receive a new certificate valid for 5 years.
Is the renewal exam difficult?
The renewal exam is shorter and simpler than the original exam. It contains fewer questions and focuses on core topics and any regulation updates. The refresher course prepares you well.
I got my certificate from another provider — can I renew with you?
Yes. The EU drone certificate is standardized by EASA, regardless of where you originally obtained it. You can renew with Drone Class even if you got your first certificate elsewhere.
Do I need to renew A1-A3 and A2 separately?
No. If you have both A1-A3 and A2, you only need to renew your A2 certificate. The A2 renewal automatically includes A1-A3, so you stay fully licensed with a single renewal. If you only have A1-A3 (without A2), you renew just A1-A3.
Is my renewed certificate valid across Europe?
Yes, your renewed certificate is valid in all EU member states plus the EFTA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland). EASA regulations apply in all these countries.
How much does renewal cost?
